Leading procurement activities within the Construction and FM Category function

Establishing and managing effective relationships with suppliers

Developing procurement strategies and plans

Negotiating contracts with suppliers

Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations

Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies
-
Managing risks associated with procurement activities
-
Reporting on procurement performance and outcomes
Profile
A successful Interim Senior Procurement Officer should have:

Ideally MCIPS Qualified
-
Knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts
-
Able to work one day per week on site in London

Proven experience in managing end to end procurement activities

Strong negotiating skills

Knowledge of procurement regulations and policies

The ability to develop effective supplier relationships
