Birchrose Associates have partnered with a top 200 law firm to find a Locum Construction Litigation Solicitor to start a role ASAP for 3 months +

The Opportunity

Our client, an impressive, full-service L500 practice, is seeking a Locum Construction Litigation Solicitor to assist whilst the team recruit on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have availability to start a new role at short notice and will be on hand to assist an initial 3 months, with likelihood of extending beyond this point.

The firm are happy to offer the role on a remote working basis, with 1-2 days per month in the office preferred. You are also welcome to work in the office or on a more hybrid working basis if an office environment is your preference.

Responsibilities

The Locum would assume responsibility for a varied caseload, including a range of Construction Litigation matters.

You would be acting for a varied client base to include a range of businesses, local authorities, national retailers, charities and individuals.

Benefits

  • Remote working
  • Attractive hourly rate of £50 - £60 per hour, DOE. Those seeking a higher rate are encouraged to apply and will be considered on their own merit

Requirements

  • Experience handling busy caseloads of Construction Litigation matters
  • Ability to hit the ground running, be it on a remote, office or hybrid working basis
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently within a busy, collaborative team
