Operations Director - National

Up to £150k plus package including 20% pension & 50% bonus

Refurbishment & Planned Maintenance

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee a portfolio of refurbishment works valued at approximately £100 million. As their Operations Director, you will provide strategic leadership, accountability for business operations and oversee the implementation of business strategy and plans.

This role involves managing individual projects worth up to £10 million each, with a focus on External Wall Insulation (EWI) and cladding works within the public and private sector. Public sector clients include the Social Housing sector, Blue Light Services, the Ministry of Defence (MOD), and the Ministry of Justice (MOJ).

Day to day duties include:

• Managing the resources within the Building Solutions operational team, overseeing a portfolio of operational and pre-construction projects across different frameworks
• Working with both senior leadership and regional management to deliver a safe, healthy, and inclusive wellbeing environment.
• Representing the business and connecting with both public sector and blue-chip private clients, through existing networks of consultant relationships and the skills to be build new relationships.
• Leading the focus and develop opportunities to enhance our delivery and customer offering by exploring sustainable modern methods of construction, productivity and digital developments.
• Shaping work winning strategies and taking them forward into successful execution of pre-construction and mobilisation programmes
