We are looking for a professional and personable Night Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is comfortable, enjoyable, and hassle-free. If you have a passion for hospitality, an eye for detail, and the ability to anticipate our guests' needs, we would love to hear from you. This role will be on a 4 on 4 off basis, between the hours of 7am and 7pm.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.

Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services.

Make reservations for dining, entertainment, and travel as requested by guests.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Maintain a clean and organised lobby area.

Assist with luggage handling and storage.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
