To lead the development of a London office including management of the operational team, securing work, and project delivery.

The role reports to the Managing Director and Directors.
The position has overall responsibility for all members of staff within the specific regional office or team.
Main Responsibilities
Turnover and profitability targets
Report to the Directors on business projections and pipeline
Reporting on profitability of individual projects
Preparation of fee proposal documents, bids and fee calculations
Management of technically sound and commercial engineering solutions
Delivery of major projects
Ensure satisfaction for existing and new clients
Anticipate and pursue further business opportunities
Taking a pro-active role in marketing the business
Bringing new clients to the business
Reinforcing company reputation and profile within industry
Liaise and communicate with group peers
Represent Rybka at corporate events and functions
Research, development and innovation
Liaison on all issues relating HR and training
Motivate and retain staff and work to attract good staff
Appraise and update the Directors on market conditions
Raise the profile of Rybka in the market place
Facilitate and encourage pro-active inter office and Group working
Person Specification
Strong technical skills with full awareness of mechanical and electrical building services and the interrelationship of MEP systems with Architecture and structural/civil engineering
Proven background in the industry and track record of career progression and project success.
Experience of construction projects across various sectors
Experience of working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Experience of operating in an ISO9001 Quality Management System.
Appreciation and experience of the Technical Standards and relevant British Standards.
Strong teamwork, communication and time management skills

Strong financial management skills
Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and low carbon design.
Knowledge of Planning legislative requirements
Degree educated in an Engineering Discipline with Chartered Engineer status from an industry recognised body. Parties with alternative relevant skills, experience, and qualifications will be considered
