Area to be covered: London & South East

Remuneration: £80,000 negotiable + 30% bonus paid quarterly

The role of the Area Sales Manager Steel Reinforcement / Prefabrication will involve:

• Field sales role selling steel reinforcement, prefabricated rebar and BIM solutions
• 60% of your time will be spent selling to tier 1 contractors, tier 2 contractors and end users such as: BAM, Balfour Beatty, Ballymore, Morgan Sindall, Vinci, FDL etc
• The remaining 40% will be spent dealing with specifiers, designers and engineers
• Working projects in the commercial, residential, infrastructure, house build, healthcare and industrial sector
• Revenue responsibility will be determined on your experience
• Good blend of account management and new business
• Covering from Northampton across to Essex down to Kent & Portsmouth

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Biomass Boiler / Renewable Energy with:

• Must have experience selling to and dealing with tier 1 contractors, tier 2 contractors and end users such as: BAM, Balfour Beatty, Ballymore, Morgan Sindall, Vinci, FDL
• Must have specification / technical capacity to speak with engineers, designers and specifiers
• Open on products however ideally from an associated background such as: steel reinforcement, rebar, couplers, mesh, concrete, aggregates, construction accessories, structural building product,
• Must have good communication skills
• Looking for a more senior person
