Role Overview:
My client are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the commercial interior sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, with values ranging from £500K to £8M. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects within the city of London and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of project work, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Oversee approximately two projects at a time, depending on project value and complexity.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and design teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting and cost control.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience at a Project Manager level within the commercial interior sector.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale interior fit-out projects.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites within London and nationwide.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications in project management or a related field.
