Tier 2 Main Contractor covering New Build and Refurbishment projects in the Education, Residential, Listed Buildings, Sports & Leisure, Commercial and Community Sectors ranging from £1m - £8m in value are looking to recruit a No1 Senior Site Manager for a £4m Listed Building Residential Refurbishment scheme in South East London.

The role will include managing Sub-Contractors, Programme, RAMS, Health & Safety, Progress Meetings, Client Facing, Etc and reporting into a Visiting Contracts Manager.
Candidates will have a stable, proven track record within Main Contracting and have delivered Projects of a similar size before.
