Are you a Site Manager looking for a role running a large-scale residential development in South East London? This is a great opportunity to join an established Main Contractor with a strong book of work on, working on traditional, RC frame residential developments.

This company is a medium-sized Group working primarily within healthcare and social housing. They have been operating for over a decade without plans to slow down. As site manager, you'll benefit from working within a small but high-performing team, delivering interesting projects for various clients and developers.

Your role as a Site Manager will include:

* Site Management / Site inspections
* Toolbox talks
* Monitoring programmes
* Reviewing RAMS
* Inductions, Tech subs, RFIs

The successful Site Manager will need:

* Site Manager - Residential build background
* CSCS card
* SMSTS
* Commutable to Old Kent Road
* Full UK working rights
