A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a professional Construction Project Manager to join a dynamic, rapidly expanding Construction Consultancy in Manchester.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The incoming Construction Project Manager will join a dynamic consultancy that has a strong presence nationwide operating out of five strategic offices with over 250 professionals across the UK.

Their Manchester team has been focusing on their Project Management division over the past year and has experienced remarkable growth, doubling its turnover in the past year and expanding from 5 to 15 project managers. With an exciting pipeline, the team aims to double in size again over the next year.

The successful Construction Project Manager will benefit from a stable, long term project pipeline with schemes secured for the next four years. You will work on a broad variety of schemes, from smaller, low-level refurbishment projects-providing a perfect opportunity to lead projects to completion-to large, complex new build developments up to £100m, typically in the Public sector, including Government, Aerospace, Commercial and Custodial, with the chance to explore new sectors over time.

Benefiting from a flexible, hybrid working policy the new Construction Project Manager will work from the office 2-3 days per week, aiding in the development of junior members of the team and encouraging a firms team culture, and from home the remainder.

The Construction Project Manager

The incoming Construction Project Manager will have:

  • Previous Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification is highly desirable
  • Accredited by RICS, APM or CIOB - or committed to achieving
  • A successful track record managing projects from inception to completion through all RIBA stages

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:
