DCS Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager with a heavy civils background to join an established ground specialist in the North West of England.

The contracts manager's primary objective is to oversee all aspects of contract management on a variety of projects from the point of contract acquisition to client handover.

It is essential that the contracts manager has previously worked in the construction industry. The contracts manager should have worked in previous roles of which management of staff and documentation was a key role, including an on to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Ideally have knowledge and understanding of level, and positioning control (from Engineering Background)

Requirements

CSCS (Black) NVQ Level 6 or above

SMSTS

Working Hours

Monday - Friday - 45 hours weekly
