Development Surveyor

• £30k - £40k + bonus

We are working with a leading UK industrial and logistics developer who are seeking a proactive Development Surveyor to join their fast paced and hands on development team.

The Development Surveyor will have full exposure to the complete real estate life-cycle and will involve sourcing new sites, conducting due diligence, and managing projects from financial feasibility through to completion and letting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing strategic land and immediate commercial development opportunities.
• Conduct large-scale site acquisitions and conducting due diligence.
• Collaborate with consultants and manage aspects of existing schemes.
• Assist in marketing, appraisals, and financial feasibility studies.
• Support development appraisals from land acquisition to project completion.
• Work with the planning team to promote sites through the planning process.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in commercial site acquisitions and development appraisals
• Excellent use of Argus valuation software
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Established network within the commercial real estate sector
• RICS qualified or looking to study for it.
