Social housing refurbishment projects across the north west; kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, etc.

Managing a team of site managers who oversee the operational delivery team.

Overseeing multiple projects at a time.

Financial planning and budgeting.

CDM 2015 and Health & Safety.

Sub-contractor management.

Client relationships and reporting to the directorate team.

Profile

Proven housing refurbishment background for a main contractor
-
Prior trade background
-
SMSTS / SSSTS / CSCS
-
NVQ 6 or 7 desirable

Experience managing social housing schemes

Considerate Constructor scheme experience

Proven ability to prepare and monitor works programmes i.e, Microsoft

Ability to review, challenge and support contractors RAMS
-
UK Driving licence
