Your new role
Their portfolio includes high quality residential, commercial, retail, mixed-use, data centres, hotel & hospitality, leisure, health care & assisted living, and student accommodation schemes. If you are looking for more variety in your workload, you will definitely find it here. You will work on capital projects from inception to handover, working within RIBA stages of work.
You will be involved in meetings with design teams, cost consultants, contractors and other specialists to make sure the projects move smoothly, on time, and within budget.

What you'll need to succeed
If you are an experienced project manager who has worked within a consultancy setting to RIBA stages of work, we want to hear from you.
You will need a degree in Surveying, Construction, Engineering or other discipline relevant to the construction industry. If you are RICS chartered, great, but if not you may still be considered for this role.
Eligibility to work in the UK and UK-based experience is required.

What's in it for you?
In return, you will be rewarded with a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 (DoE), car allowance, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension contribution (4.5% employee and 5% employer), life assurance x3 basic salary, income protection, private medical health cover, 5 months sick pay, season ticket loan.
