Job Title: Finishing Foreman / Manager - Food Production Facility
Location: Mexborough

The Opportunity:

Linsco are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman/Manager with a strong understanding of food industry standards and compliance to support the final stages of a newly built food production factory .

This is not a hands-on role - instead, you'll be responsible for walking the site, identifying snags, and documenting outstanding items to ensure the build is fully compliant and ready for handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Walk the site to inspect finishes, fittings, and compliance
• Identify and document all snagging issues in line with food industry standards
• Report issues to the main contractor/site team for action
• Ensure works align with hygiene, safety, and operational standards specific to food production environments
• Liaise with internal teams and subcontractors as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience working on food production or clean-room environments
• Strong eye for detail and familiarity with industry-specific criteria
• Ability to produce clear snagging reports
• Excellent communication skills and site presence
• SMSTS or SSSTS and CSCS card preferred
