The Role:

As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on major construction schemes from pre-construction through to delivery and handover. You’ll be responsible for managing project teams, programme delivery, client relationships, health & safety, quality, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all stages of project delivery
• Manage site-based teams including subcontractors and direct staff
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture on-site
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects (£10m+)
• Background in main contracting with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams
• Commercial awareness and sound contractual knowledge
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work
• Full UK driving licence
