Job Title: Legal Disrepair Surveyor

Requirements & Experience:

• Experience in disrepair surveying as well as damp & mould and day to day repairs and maintenance.
• Legal background (being able to liaise on legal claims, experience of going to court for disrepair cases and expert witness)
• Extensive knowledge of Section 11
• Local Authority experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Ideally SMSTS Degree / CSCS card and full driving license.

Job Details:

• Rate : Negotiable DOE.
• Contract Length : 6-12 months
• Start Date : ASAP
• Working Pattern : Hybrid
• IR35 Status : Inside
