We are working with a well-established client in Northampton, that specialise in bespoke projects for large clients in the build and construction sector. They are looking for a motivated, and proactive BDM to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
Key Duties:
Identify and develop new business opportunities and clients in both new and existing markets.
Strategic Networking, cold calling, lead generation and business development.
Effective market research to identify potential clients and industries for business growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
Meet with potential customers face-to-face and virtually to secure and maximise all new business opportunities.
Manage your own diary effectively, to ensure all opportunities are actioned and converted.
The Ideal Candidate:
Confident in negotiation and proven sales experience
Car owner and UK driving licence
Industry experience across Signage, exhibition sales or build and construction
Good written & verbal communication skills
Proactive and motivated
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
