The main function of this job is to contact customers to support them with questions, review experience and ultimately ensure further business. The main function is to proactively follow up with existing customers to secure further sales and improve retention.
Responsibilities will include ensuring optimal service delivery, offering flexible and tailored solutions to clients, and offering ideas for process improvements throughout the business.
There is excellent opportunity for training, development, and progression within the business.
