Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm (37hrs per week)

Pay: £23.00ph paid weekly via umbrella - NO CIS/LTD

Duration: Ongoing Contract - Long Term/Temp to Perm

Notes: Must hold full UK drivers license. Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check prior to starting

Duties

Organise and carry out the design, installation, maintenance, testing and repair work for the Association’s managed properties, housing stock and external customers in accordance with agreed targets and procedures; ensuring services are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.

Manage stock/supplies to ensure works are not delayed.

Complete and return documentation within agreed timescales; updating and maintaining manual and computerised records relating to testing electrical installations etc.

Qualifications & Experience

Must hold full UK drivers license

Must hold 18th Edition

Must hold Inspection & Testing

Must be a fully qualified Electrician
