Technical Sales – ground shoring – major projects team - civil engineering
I’m currently working with a reputable supplier of temporary works solutions who have a 100-year history across the UK market, having grown to be a key international player (£40m+ turnover).
We're currently looking for a driven sales professional who has experience using a consultative approach to sell on performance and value to the project.
You will be selling ground shoring and heavy-duty support systems into high-value UK projects (30% new business). A comprehensive training programme will be provided (6-9 months) in addition to excellent progression avenues into leadership and international sales.
Salary: £40k - £55k base salary (depending on industry experience) + £6,500 car allowance + uncapped and monthly paid commission (£20k OTE).
Location: Remote/field-based – covering the M1/M40 corridor from London to the Midlands.
