I am currently recruiting for an Administrator, to help support a busy office for a business within construction.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic and keen to learn.
Day to day life as an Administrator -

Answering telephone calls and queries – directing calls to the relevant departments.

Maintaining filing and storage systems within the office.

Assisting the transport manager.
-
Reception duties.
-
Maintaining and monitoring office stock; ordering extra supplies when necessary.

General administrative tasks and supporting the team with projects when needed.
Requirements to work as an Administrator –

Proven experience within an office administration.
-
Strong attention to detail.
-
Confident communication skills, both via email and over the phone.
-
Ability to work well independently as well as within a team.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-
Able to use office software, including Microsoft packages.

£24,000 - £25,000 salary, dependent on experience.

22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
