We are currently looking for a Bid Manager to support the Operations team with producing quality bid proposals across different sectors.

The role
As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire bidding process, from initial development to final submission, ensuring the creation of high-quality bid proposals that secure tender opportunities. You will collaborate closely with team members to gather and maintain relevant information, supporting the success of future bids.

As a Bid Manager you:
• Will work with Directors and their teams to support bids.
• Will assist with the internal bid team including the Design Managers.
• Will maintain and manage internal and external relationships with third parties.
• Will increase the understanding of the market and positions in the sector.
• Will offer assistance, support, and mentoring to other team members.

To be a Successful Bid Manager you will:
• Have industry-specific knowledge
• Have a track record in the Housing Sector.
• Have previous experience in a similar role of one or more of the following products planned and/ or responsive maintenance and retrofit/ sustainability.
• Have good communication skills and can develop relationships.
• Proven project management skills.
