Responsibilities
* Assist with site preparation, material handling, and clean-up
* Load and unload materials and equipment
* Operate basic hand and power tools as needed
* Support skilled tradespeople
* Follow safety guidelines and ensure a clean and safe work environment
* Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Requirements
* Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required
* CSCS card is preferred but not essential for all jobs
* Ability to lift heavy materials
* Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
* Reliable transportation to and from job sites
* Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
* Safety-conscious with basic knowledge of workplace safety regulations
