• Setting Out: marking or laying down the precise positions of structures, features, or components on the ground based on design drawings or plans.
• Quality Control: Monitor and enforce high standards of construction quality and safety compliance.
• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and solutions to the on-site team.
• Progress Reporting: Regularly update project managers with accurate progress reports.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Surveying: Conduct site surveys and prepare accurate site layouts.
• Material Management: Ensure materials are used efficiently and manage on-site inventory.
• Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions promptly.
