Senior Site Manager

Based from our site in Gillinham, Dorset.

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be a key leadership figure on-site, responsible for directing and managing your team and resources to deliver high-quality housing projects.

Your role includes coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring safe working practices, and maintaining clear communication with various stakeholders, including design, commercial, sales teams, and contractors.

You will be expected to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Additionally, you will manage external parties such as utility companies, local authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure successful project completion.

Your responsibilities also extend to the health, safety, and welfare of all site personnel, and you will play a crucial role in customer satisfaction by addressing any defect items within a 28-day period.

More about you

We are looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record in site management within the housing sector. You should have substantial experience in leading large site teams and managing site managers, with a strong focus on quality and safety. You must hold a CSCS Manager's Black Card and possess a full, clean driving license. A minimum of an HNC qualification, coupled with membership to an industry-recognized board such as CIOB, is essential.
