Experienced caretaker required for a leading further education provider. As experienced caretaker you will be required to carry out the following duties:

• Regular patrols to ensure health and safety on college grounds
• Carry out light maintenance work (Up keep of buildings)
• Postal and delivery duties
• Key holder (opening and closing)
• Grounds maintenance
• Ensure cleanliness of buildings (litter picking, cleaning ect)

We require an enhanced DBS check.

Monday to Friday

7am to 3pm

8am to 5pm
