We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join a large construction company.
Key Responsibilities and daily duties will include:
* Minute taking
* Checking time sheets
* Site files
* Data input
* Knowledge of Sage would be useful not essential
* Excel/word/outlook essential
* Knowledge of Revit/Procore would be useful
* Help with invoicing
* POs
Skills needed:
* Computer competence (MS Word, Excel, document, and finance management systems
* Experience in the construction industry, and in the highways sector preferable
* Good communication skills, with a professional and positive attitude.
* Able to work as part of a team, and able to demonstrate a "can do" attitude.
* A good team player, but also must be able to work on own initiative.
