About the Client:Our client is a prestigious residential refurbishment specialist with a portfolio spanning four decades, known for transforming some of Central London's most exclusive homes as well as commercial and listed buildings. They have built a solid reputation for meticulous attention to detail, craftsmanship, and a collaborative approach to working with clients, architects, and designers. Projects range from prime residences to listed buildings, with a focus on high-spec finishes and bespoke designs.
The Role:As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of refurbishment projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of the projects, ensuring cost control, risk management, and value engineering at all stages. You'll work closely with clients, contractors, and design teams, offering expert advice and guidance on financial matters.
