Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Roller Operator for an ongoing project in Athelney, Bridgwater. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing compaction tasks to achieve the desired density and smoothness of various materials such as soil, gravel, and asphalt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform compaction of soil, gravel, asphalt, and other materials to achieve the desired density and smoothness.
• Use the roller to compact surfaces in layers, ensuring even and thorough compaction.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on the roller to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures on site.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS w/ CSCS card.
• Safety Critical Medical certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Roller Operator.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
