Job Title: Site Manager

Location: West Midlands, Warwickshire, Nuneaton

Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary: £220 - £260 Per day

Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Scaffold Awareness, Driving Licence

Company Branding: A prestigious Housing Developer are looking for Site Management cover for a traditional project in Nuneaton

Start date: 16th August

Job Duties:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Manage site budgets and resources effectively
• Maintain quality control and ensure work meets company standards
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and resolve any issues that may arise

Required Qualifications:

• SMSTS certification
• CSCS card
• First Aid certification
• Scaffold Awareness training
• Valid Driving Licence

Education:

A relevant construction or engineering qualification

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in site management

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of traditional new build housing projects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Proficient in project management and budget control

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional health and safety certifications
• Experience working with prestigious housing developers
