The Recruitment Co are looking for a Contracts Manager to work for one of our long standing clients based in the Sunderland area on a 1 year fixed term contract with a potential extension for the right candidate.

Salary: up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Thursday 0800-1630, Friday 0800-1430 - Working 1 weekend in every 8.
Starting ASAP

Working as part of a team of managers, you would be responsible for:

• Controlling a team of around 50 members of staff
• Dealing with low level HR matters
• Organising and coordinating training for staff
  
  The Ideal Candidate Will:
• Be health and safety trained - Ideally holding a Level 3 NEBOSH/IOSH
• Have experience in leading a team, no matter how small
• Be well organised and self motivated
