We are currently looking for an experienced Ganger / Working Supervisor to lead a small team of operatives on a busy site in [Insert Location] . Youll play a key role in ensuring the job runs smoothly day-to-day, working closely with site management while staying hands-on when needed.

Ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a solid background in construction or civils, and a proactive, safety-first approach.

• Overseeing a team of labourers and/or groundworkers

• Allocating tasks and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently

• Reporting progress to site management

• Working hands-on alongside the team

• Monitoring quality of work and enforcing site standards

• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed

• Previous experience as a Ganger, Foreman or Team Leader

• Valid CSCS card

• SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred but not essential)

• Experience in [groundworks / highways / construction tailor as needed]

• Ability to manage teams and communicate clearly

• Full PPE and own transport preferred

• Long-term, reliable work

• Weekly pay via PAYE or umbrella

• Supportive agency team available 7 days a week
