Our client is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team to work closely with site management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Attend pre-start meetings with the operations director when needed
• Organise and arrange labour to meet site programmes
• Order the relevant materials for each plot once products have been ordered
• Toolbox talks to be carried out every month
• Communicate with the commercial team to report any dayworks or if site variations are required
• Attend customer care inspections and report back to customer care department
• Ensure quality / plot sign offs are obtained from sites and sent to the accounts team

Salary will rise to £40,000 if 3 month probationary period is passed
