Our client is an Architectural practice, that has a Junior Architectural Technician job available. The role would offer great progression and development.

Established over 30 years ago, the practice has built up an eclectic portfolio of UK projects in a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, retail, mixed-use, leisure, retirement and healthcare sectors. The practice is well known for its design excellence and offers both consultancy and design services.

They currently have a role for a Junior Architectural Technician to join its team in Chelmsford, Essex. Please note you would need to be based in or with in a 45 minute commute of the office.

• Production of working drawings, technical designs, tender packages and construction detailing
• Managing delegated projects in respect of timescales, client liaison and dealing with internal queries
• Working closely with clients and external contractors
• Ensure all drawings meet the required standards and client specifications
• Production of working drawings, technical designs, tender packages and construction detailing.

• A minimum of 1+ years' experience in professional practice working on residential projects is essential for the role
• Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations with good technical detailing skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
• Experience working on residential projects
• Own transport would be required due to the location.
