Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known social housing contractor based in the Essex area who are looking for a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join their team.

They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager who is experienced in overseeing planned works and refurbishment projects.

Key Info:

• 5 Years' experience working for a refurbishment main contractor
• Experience managing multiple sites up to the value of £10-£15million.
• Strong procurement and negotiation skills.
• Minimum 2 years working as a Contracts Manager
• Leadership experience
• Good data interrogation skills
• Valid driving licence
• Competent use in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel Trackers
• Excellent client engagement skills
• Excellent Health and Safety Awareness
• Commercially aware
• Excellent people skills and the ability to drive performance from your team of staff
