We're currently recruiting for a Damp and Mould Operative to join the responsive repairs team at an award-winning housing association. You'll be responsible for treating and maintaining properties affected by damp and mould, ensuring a safe and healthy living environment for tenants. Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll carry out cleaning, treatment, and minor repair tasks across a range of homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out semi-skilled labouring tasks to address damp and mould issues
• Washing, cleaning, and treating affected surfaces using approved mould treatments.
• Supporting the wider repairs team with additional duties as required
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
