Floor Layer

Salary: £18.00 - £20.00 per hour

We are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Floor Layer to join a successful housing repairs and maintenance team on a local council contract.

Responsibilities:

• Fitting all types of flooring including laminate, polysafe, altro and cap and cove in occoued and void properties.
• Using a PDA to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• NVQ in Floor Covering
• Basic Criminal Record Check
• Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
