Senior Client Accountant
Oxford Circus
£42,000 to £45,000

My client, a well-established and well respected commercial and residential property based in Oxford Circus, are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Client Accountant to join their growing team.

Reporting to the Head of Client Accounts, you will oversee all aspects of client and property accounting for multiple commercial, mixed use and some residential clients. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the efficient and accurate management of client and tenant funds.

Duties:

• Manage client and property accounting, oversea billing (service charges, rents, etc.)
• Data management within TRAMPS software.
• Prepare completion statements, rent reviews, and interest calculations.
• Handle the onboarding and offboarding of new and outgoing instructions.
• Assist service charge accountant to reconcile and close year-end service charges.
• Conduct annual service charge cash reconciliations, addressing any issues.
• Bank reconciliation of client and tenant deposit accounts.
• Prepare and submit payover summary, Client statements, and VAT reports.
• Authorise and review supplier payments, managing client funding requests.
• Oversee and document client payments and tenant refunds.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in client accounting, with a focus on commercial property.
• Software Proficiency: Essential experience with TRAMPS software.
• Commercial Property Expertise: Proven ability to manage accounts within this sector.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
• Growth Focus: Eagerness to grow within a dynamic and expanding company.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, 2 days WFH / week
