GRADUATE BUILDING SURVEYOR - £28-30,000 + BONUS - APC SUPPORT - CENTRAL LONDON

Dove & Hawk are working alongside a Surveying Practice who are in the process of hiring a Graduate Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Central London. With an established client base and working across multiple property uses in the commercial space this role will suit someone who is looking for an opportunity to start a career within Surveying and become Chartered over the next 2 years.

Duties/Functions of the role:

• This is a varied role which will enable the successful completion of the APC.
• Full assistance/training with APC given.
• Work will predominantly be within the commercial building surveying (full training given).
• Work will also include work on refurbishment projects, dilapidations and party wall matters etc to ensure completion for each competency of the APC.
• Undertaking the inspection/measurement of a range of property types.
• Providing assistance to partners and or senior members of staff.
• Liaising with Clients.

Requirements of the role:

• An undergraduate degree in Real Estate.
• Commitment and enthusiasm for learning as you'll be undertaking your APC qualification across the two-year programme.
• A strong interest in property, keeping up to date with the real estate market and current developments.
• A strong desire to develop great people skills in your career especially communication and relationship building skills.
• A full UK driving licence.

Salary Budgets: £28-30,000 basic, plus bonus and benefits

Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am-5:30pm (1 WFH day per week)
