Job Title: Gas Contracts Manager

Salary: Up to £60,000 (Depending on experience) w/ Car Allowance

Daniel Owen are working with a leading contractor who are seeking a Gas Contracts Manager for one of their West London contracts. The role will be overseeing the installation, servicing and breakdown project for a £4m contract.

Gas Contracts Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day to day runnings of the install, breakdown and servicing contract
• Ensuring all KPIs and client expectations are kept to
• Managing a team of 18 operatives, as well as management and office staff across the contract
• Delivering services within budget

Gas Contracts Manager Requirements:

• Proven Gas experience, ideally within the Social Housing sector
• Knowledge of responsive, cyclical and planned maintenance services
• Must hold a valid full or automatic UK license
• ACS qualifications
