Daniel Owen are currently seeking an Electrician join a successful Social Housing Contractor on a South East London contract. The client are looking for someone with good knowledge and experience within the Electrical sector, specifically wiring in properties and plant rooms/boiler houses.

Electrician Responsibilities:

• Assisting a team of Heating engineers with wiring in components within properties and plant rooms
• Work will consist of things like motorised valves, HIUs, stats, pressurisation units, BMS systems etc.
• Completing work to BS 7671:2018 standards
• Good customer service upon every interaction
• Completing reports on the PDA

Electrician Requirements:

• 18th Edition
• 2365 Installation (or equivalent)
• Experience working in Domestic environments (essential)
• Experience working in Plant Rooms/Boiler Houses (desirable)
