About the Role:
As Senior Quantity Surveyor , you will be responsible for:

• Preparing cost plans, estimates, and budgets for construction projects
• Procurement and contract management
• Change control and valuation of variations
• Final account preparation and negotiation
• Providing expert quantity surveying advice to clients

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Strong technical quantity surveying skills and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction-related discipline
• Membership of a professional body such as RICS
