COMMERCIAL AGENCY SURVEYOR - STRATFORD - APC SUPPORT PROVIDED

Dove & Hawk are working in partnership with a Chartered Surveying Practice based in Stratford who are looking to add a Commercial Agency Surveyor to the established team. With an established client base they are in the process of organic growth and are looking for someone who is professional and who has had exposure to Commercial Agency. This role will suit someone who is serious about a long term career within Commercial Property within a relaxed yet professional working environment. This role would suit either someone Chartered or someone with prior Commercial Agency experience looking for the support needed to complete the APC.

Duties/Functions of the role:

• Working within the commercial agency department handling the lettings, sales and acquisitions of commercial properties.
• Liaising with clients and reporting information on marketing strategies and enquiries received.
• Liaising with applicants on their search criteria and ensuring they are provided relevant information on available premises within the portfolio.
• Attending inspections and undertaking property surveys before producing reports back to new and existing clients.
• Preparation of marketing strategies and property particulars.
• Attending to viewings and managing the online advertising platforms.
• Dealing with landlord, tenant and buyer due diligence for compliancy purposes.
• Handling negotiations on all transactions and reporting to clients efficiently and accurately.
• Preparation of reports required for planning purposes where applicable.
• From time to time, there may also be additional professional work required within the lease advisory area of surveying, particularly dealing with rent reviews and renewals.

Requirements of the Role:

• At least 2 year's prior experience working as a Commercial Agent within the London market.
• A RICS accredited degree would be preferable.
• A track record of success in winning instructions from new and existing clients.
• Strong market knowledge regarding commercial leasing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary Budgets: £30-35,000 Basic Salary with £45,000+ year 1 OTE (FULL APC SUPPORT PROVIDED)

Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm.
