Joinery Site Manager - Canary Wharf

We are looking for an experienced Joinery Site Manager to join our clients team for a 4-month+ contract in the prestigious Canary Wharf area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to oversee a dynamic project, ensuring top-quality workmanship and smooth site operations.

Contract Details:

• Location: Canary Wharf, London
• Duration: 4 months +
• Start Date: ASAP
• Day Rate: £250 per day
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day running of the construction site, focusing on joinery works.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure work is completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Proficiently manage drywall installation, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Develop and implement Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
• Read and interpret construction drawings, providing guidance and solutions as needed.
• Handle site logistics, including the management of materials, equipment, and workforce.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Black CSCS Card
• First Aid Certification
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in joinery and site management.
