Electrician - Property Services

Salary: £160 p/day

An Electrician is required, working for a local social housing contractor. The Electrician role will involve carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. It would involve wiring in components that have been installed by heating (HIUS and Valves). Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.

Daily responsibilities of an Electrician are:

• Carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Using a PDA system to organise and complete jobs

Requirements of an Electrician:

• Must have a full UK driving licence
• Must have previous social housing experience
• Must have experience of using a PDA
