Multi Trade Carpenter

Salary: £37,000.00 per annum
We are working on behalf of a local council who are looking for experienced Multi Trade Operatives to join their responsive repairs team.
Responsibilities:

Carrying out a range of carpentry and multi trade works including, but not limited to, all wet trades including plastering, decorating and tiling, using a schedule of rates.

Installing door and window frames

Installing and replacing damaged framework or other structures and fixtures

Planning each job and ensuring the required materials are available to ensure the work is completed to schedule.
Requirements:

City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry

Full UK Driving Licence
