Plumber

Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 per annum

We are looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Plumber to join the responsive repairs team to work across council owned properties within the City of Westminster.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking a variety of responsive or planned plumbing tasks within occupied and void properties
• Repairing leaks, repairing or replacing toilet seats, shower heads or hoses, unblocking waste traps, toilets, gutters, rainwater pipes, etc.
• Repairing and maintaining plumbing systems, replacing defective washers, replacing or mending broken pipes.
• General painting and making good paintwork after repair
• Repairing patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tiles
• Updating PDA devices with work schedules and other key information as required

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing & Heating
• Unvented Hot Water Cylinder G3
• Basic Criminal Record Check
