Annual leave: 24 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
Design and install electrical systems incorporating all types of electrical materials, ensuring that all installations meet current regulations.
As applicable assume responsibility as the qualified supervisor and therefore oversee all testing requirements for the Hire Centre.
Conduct fault finding and undertake rectifications of existing systems both on and off site.
Assist where required in the general fitting out and refurbishment of Portakabin buildings both on and off site.
Ensure reconditioned fittings and materials are utilised as a priority without compromising quality.
To support on supplementary process based tasks where required, that may not be directly electrical related. Including the installation and terminations of building works.
City & Guilds 2380/2381 (IEE Wiring Regs - 18th Edition)
or
JIB Card - Electrician (Must include IEE Wiring Regs - 18th Edition)
Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship Scheme / Indentures (or AM2) & City and Guilds 2360 or NVQ Level 3 electrical instillation
City & Guilds 2395 Inspection, Testing and Certification is desirable but not essential
Establishes good working relationships with both customers and staff
A willingness to learn and embrace the skills of the modular industry
Good organisational and planning skills
Full driving licence
GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent grade)
