Multi Trader - Reading

One of our clients is looking for a Multi Trader to join their growing team to carry out both planned and reactive mainenance on commercial properties.

What they do:

• They provide and manage people, premises and equipment to support the efficient delivery of their customer's core business activities.
• The team has 15 years experience providing a complete range of reactive, planned and compliance maintenance services.
• Deliver high standards in commercial and domestic maintenance services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or in a similar role.
• Competence in a range of trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, and decorating (additional skills are a bonus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
• A full UK driving license is preferred.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
• A commitment to delivering quality work and excellent customer service.
